According to CNN, Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain commended Uganda in their efforts to resolve the 20 year conflits that have engulfed the unrest nation. Her praise came the day before leaving to make an appearance at the Commonwealth Heads of Government summit, which will be hosted by the African nation.
